WHAT WARRANTY COVERS:

AIT warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a

product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, AIT will, at its sole option, repair or

replace the product. Replacement products or parts may include remanufactured or refurbished parts or components. The replacement

unit will be covered by the balance of the time remaining on the customer's original warranty. AIT provides no warranty for the

third-party software included with the product or installed by the customer.

 

Warranty is not valid in the following cases:

1.If the warranty card has been altered, defaced or erased in any manner whatsoever.
2.You do not provide us with the original proof of purchase, which must include the following information: name and address of

   seller, date and place of purchase, product model and serial/IMEI number.
3.Operating with incorrect or irregular voltage supply.
4.Repair or attempted repair by any party other than a AIT authorised technician.
5.Where the product serial has been removed or made illegible or has been tampered with.
6.Incomplete or improper installation.
7.Damage due to improper packing during shipment to AIT Center.
8.Disasters such as floods, fires, winds, earthquakes or lightning.
9.Damage due to exposure to moisture, dampness or extreme thermal environment conditions.
10.Failures which result from alteration, accident, misuse, introduction of liquid or other foreign matter into the unit, abuse,

    neglect, installation, improper maintenance or modification, use not in accordance with product use instructions.
